Hazel Pierce
Hazel studied history at Bangor University gaining a first class honours degree in 1992. Her PhD was titled ‘The Life, Career and Political Significance of Margaret Pole, Countess of Salisbury, 1473-1541′ and was conducted under the supervision of Professor David Loades.
Between 2014-2016 Hazel followed the Pharos and Society of Genealogists intermediate certificate: Family History Skills and Strategies, which she passed with Distinction.
Hazel is an elected Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and a Member of AGRA (Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives).
Hazel has been working on her own family history since 2012 and has also researched the backgrounds of various individuals involved in climbing accidents in north Wales since 1856. A list of Hazel’s publications can be seen here.
Brian Robbins
Brian has considerable experience in the field of information technology and management. As such he ensures that all the digital requirements of our clients are met.
In his leisure time Brian is a keen mountaineer and fell runner. He has regularly run the International Snowdon Race (up to the summit and back to Llanberis!) since the 1980s.
